Meet Our Team
Our team of experts consists of seasoned medical professionals with diverse backgrounds and a shared passion for healthcare. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and creativity to every project, ensuring innovative solutions and exceptional service.

From a young age, I've been driven by a desire to care for others. To pursue this passion, I enrolled in a high school that aligned with my vision. After graduating from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Baltimore, Maryland, as a certified nursing assistant, I embarked on my journey in the medical field. Over the years, I've embraced various roles, including patient care technician, certified medical assistant, and IV therapist.
Now, as an expert phlebotomist and national phlebotomy instructor, I take pride in mentoring other allied health professionals in the culture of caring. While the healthcare industry can be challenging, I've learned to appreciate its beauty- and the beauty that lies within me.
Kimberly Camphor, ASCP, Founder

Keyona Bell, Phlebotomy Instructor, CIO

For many years, I've had my finger on the pulse of healthcare. Beginning in a clinical role and later transitioning into a non-clinical position provided me with two distinct perspectives on patient care. With each role, I also acquired a wealth of knowledge.
Currently, I use my knowledge to educate allied health professionals. Whether it involves teaching phlebotomy, crafting outstanding resumes or preparing students for career advancement, I dedicate myself fully to these endeavors. Success is no accident! It requires hard work, perseverance, learning, studying and sacrifice, and I'm always ready to rise to the challenge.
